Anyone else noticed the bonus for parking the trailer seems to have dropped from 45 to 36? I would have liked to have seen it upped, maybe to 100.

I've enabled advanced hitching (or whatever it's called) but can not find a key press listed for detaching a trailer. What am I missing? u can unhook a trailor if u want to explore an area then go back for it. I do it a lot when i come to a service station with multiple pass throughs to turn it yellow. so with them i pull up to the parking area unhook drive around to get everything yellow then go back and hook up again and off to do my delivery. usualy those places r too tight to get the trailor around and u have to drive the
Finland is the only country that allows the 2 long trailers as doubles (HCT). Sweden, Germany and The Netherlands allow doubles and b-doubles (one short and one long) Not 100% about Norway, but if they do it's also one long and one short as a double. That's in game, i believe Belgium also allows some form of b-doubles irl. Norway allows both
Trailer drop-off redesign. Today we would like to talk about a different approach to dropping off trailers at the destination for delivery that we are about to introduce with American Truck Simulator. We wanted more variety, and implement it in a way similar to what would be happening in a real-world situation. I see a lot of people struggling with their trailers at most parking spots. Most mistakes I see are 1: over steering, and 2: going to fast. It's amazing what you can do with a truck and trailer even in small spaces, if you know what you are doing that is. I stumbled upon this guy on youtube, who made a few videos explaining the basics and principles, and showing specific ATS parking spots and YWBnTs.
