"WrathED" is a mod launcher for Kane's Wrath--the expansion game to Tiberium Wars. Kane's Wrath doesn't have the Game Browser feature in its secondary UI. You use WrathED instead to launch your mods (but always be sure to launch WrathED as admin). Kane's Wrath mods are NOT compatible with Tiberium Wars, and vice versa--two different games here.

Both TW/RA 3 games have 3 factions,in Kane's Wrath each faction has 2 sub faction so,9 total factions with slight differences and few unique things. RA 3,generally more micro fewer units/slower eco,every unit has special skills. Tib WARs,not every unit has skills,some do,more macro focused faster eco,more macro decisions.
Use meta mod (for tw and kw available) = unlimited zoom via button. Otherwise there is a special map you can load "remove zoom limitation". One time load and you have unlimited zoom for all games after that.
there's an easier way to use black hand. build Confessor Cabals. These things are the monsters of the infantry world, make an army of 20-40 of them and disperse 5-10 black hand troops and 5-10 missile squads within them, make sure you have these upgrades: Black Hand Disciple* Priority. Purifying Flame* Secondary.
